Warm Bamboo Massage

A 75-minute Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage, using heated bamboo to knead & roll muscle tissue. The heat is therapeutic.
Helps reduce muscle soreness & tension, and increase circulation. The bamboo helps the therapist work deeper than traditional "hands only" massage. It can improve sleep quality, reduce lactic acid buildup, and alleviate pain.
Deep Renewal Massage

Prenatal Massage $125 (60 min)
"Mothers-to-be" must be at least 12 weeks or more and free of pregnancy complications to receive massage.
A perfect therapeutic treat for Mommy to-be. This 60-minute massage uses cushions and pillows during a full body massage, with extra focus on the back and hips. Techniques will be used to reduce ankle swelling as needed.

This skin nourishing body wrap is designed to tighten and tone the skin while restoring elasticity and youthfulness. A hydrating mango soufflé mask is applied to the body followed by a thermal wrap which will allow the botanical ingredients to absorb into the skin cells. While relaxing in your wrap you will receive a scalp and head massage followed by a shower and a moisturizing body butter application.
