Assistance With Making an Appointment
A Spa and Salon Receptionist will coordinate a spa and salon experience specifically for your needs.
You may request a specific gender Massage Therapist while booking an appointment. We cannot guarantee that we will have your request available at all times. All Spa employees are trained to respect the privacy of our guests and to create a comfortable, relaxing environment for all.
Shaving is not recommended before a Body Treatment or Men's Facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least four hours prior to your service.
Health Problems and Comfort Level
Please notify our Receptionist before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or disabilities. This will prepare our staff far in advance to provide the best possible spa treatment or therapy for you. When receiving your treatment, the Technician will address your needs based on your personal assessment. They will speak to you about the temperature, pressure, music, product, and sequence of service they are providing. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service, and if there is anything specific you would like us to address, please inform the Technician.
What to Wear During a Treatment
It is recommended during a Body Treatment or Massage that those treatments are enjoyed without clothing although undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. We request that all guests take a shower prior to arrival. We will provide robes and slippers for your convenience.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment, making it not as effective or therapeutic for you. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals. No adjustment in price will be made for treatments that must be cut short because of late arrival.
Spa Payment Inquiries
Customary gratuities for Salon & Spa services are 15-20%. A gratuity of 20% will be automatically added to the pre-discount price of services purchased through discount voucher promotions, or for groups larger than four. Virtual and physical Gift Cards are available for purchase for any dollar value.
We encourage cash payments at checkout. A 3.75% surcharge is applied to all credit card payments at checkout.
All services that require a deposit at booking must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid forfeiture of deposit. Refunds will not be processed for no shows or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment.
For Large group bookings we require 48 hour cancellation.
For all other services that did not require a deposit, we ask that you give us at much notice as possible if the need arises to cancel your appointment.
Services and prices are subject to change.
We ask that your cell phones be placed on silence when you are waiting in our Spa lounge for services.
Walk-in clients are welcome.
