Salon @ 31st Day Spa is owned by Virginia Board certified, Master Esthetician and Cosmetologist, Kim Torsiello. Kim has over 30 years’ experience as a Cosmetologist, Esthetician and business owner. She is fully licensed and highly skilled in hair, skin and nail services, laser treatment, massage therapy, cosmetic permanent make-up, tattooing and body piercing; including instruction.
